Data purpose
Organization and member data is processed to provide membership, financial, governance, reporting, security, communication, and support functions authorized by the organization.
Organization-scoped access
Workspace data is accessed in an organization context and user permissions limit available capabilities. Organization administrators remain responsible for assigning authorized users and reviewing access.
Operational monitoring
Technical events use allowlisted fields. Passwords, authentication tokens, private messages, transaction descriptions, and financial values must not be sent to analytics or error-monitoring services.
Access, retention, and requests
Retention and deletion requirements depend on the organization, service arrangements, and applicable law. Requests should be directed to the organization administrator or Kikumi Kyo support as appropriate.
