Organizations remain responsible for their rules, approvals, data accuracy, authorized users, member communications, and legal or regulatory obligations. Kikumi Kyo provides governed technology and does not replace professional legal, accounting, or financial advice.
Financial records
Authorized users must review drafts and source evidence before approval or posting. Posted history is preserved and corrections use linked reversals or compensating entries rather than silent edits.
Access and credentials
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and authentication factors, using only authorized organization access, and reporting suspected misuse through the appropriate support channel.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, misuse another organization's data, interfere with platform availability, or use the service to misrepresent financial records.
