KikumiKyo Guide
Invite people to join your organization on Kikumi Kyo — individually or in bulk — and manage the onboarding pipeline.
Members are the heart of your organization. This guide covers how to invite them, what they see, and how to track onboarding progress.
Only users with the member:invite permission can send invitations. By
default, this includes the organization admin and secretary roles.
The member receives an email with a secure invitation link. They click it, set up their account, and enroll an authenticator.
Members must verify their email and enroll an authenticator before they can access the workspace. This protects the organization's financial data.
For organizations with many members, use the roster import feature:
Each member in the roster receives an individual invitation email.
After sending invitations, track progress at Workspace → Members. Each member shows a status:
If a member hasn't accepted within a reasonable time, you can resend the invitation from the member's record. The old invitation is revoked and a new one is issued.
